Forecast for the Skyline Area Mountains

We have discontinued regular avalanche forecasts for the Manti Skyline. I will monitor conditions through April and update the forecast if there is a significant change.
As for now, avalanche conditions are pretty safe and should remain that way through the week.

Weather and Snow
Current Conditions: With cooler weather, the snowpack is locked up and pretty stable.
Mountain Weather: Cooler weather will continue through most of the week with a very gradual warming trend. We'll see a minor disturbance along about Wednesday night which might bring a little snow but nothing significant.

The Avalanche Research Program at Simon Fraser University is conducting an online survey to examine how people use avalanche safety information. They want to hear from all backcountry users to understand how they process information provided in public avalanche forecasts.
