Comments
This appeared to be a wind slab, 12-14" inches deep that broke about 10 feet below the north facing argenta ridgeline. It was approximately 100 feet wide and slid about 150-200 feet down through the large pines on Argenta. No one was carried as both of us were able to anchor on large trees. The snow was a bit touchy up high as the forecast predicted, but appeared very stable down lower on Argenta.
