I couldn't get pictures worth posting. Two avalanches occurred. First one was described above. Due to that and the major wind loading along the ridgelines, we changed our entry zone three times. Knocked multiple cornices down with stomp tests and a ski cut without any reactions in decided drop zone.
After stopping at a decided safe spot about 200 feet down, heard and noticed an avalanche rapidly descending about 100 yards to our left running.
Main point I wanted to note was that there was a second party in that avalanche pathway that had no idea it was headed towards them. My heart dropped briefly but fortunately the party was well below where the slide stopped. Just a reminder to watch out above you.
