Comments
A series of naturally-triggered wet loose avalanches slid 3500 vertical feet, creating a D3-sized debris pile. They took out the entire season's snowpack in several places (~18"). They occurred on WSW aspects, and most likely happened yesterday (4/4) but possibly on 4/3. Definitely the largest point release avalanches I've ever seen!
