Comments
Observed recent avalanches in the Snake Creek Drainage, all on NE to E aspects. All appeared to be new old interface. Several on east aspect of Snake Creek Cirque south ridge, some midstorm, one looked more recent (foreground in photo), no tracks in area. Most notable was on what I believe is 8 Ball, NE aspect, D2, looked very fresh, assumed to be snowmachine triggered based on heavy traffic and lots of nearby high marks (background in photo).
Also quite a bit of dry loose in the steep chutes of Snake Creek Cirque, none triggered slab avalanches.
