We triggered dozens of whumpfs, some quite large, as we toured around the north side of Tony Grove Lake and in the Naomi Trail area.

Very weak faceted snow exists in upper and mid-elevations on primarily northerly facing slopes. This is now capped by a strengthening slab formed by two windy storms between December 14 and 17 that dropped almost 3.5" SWE.
