Snow Characteristics Comments
A variety of snow conditions can be found at different aspects and elevation. Cold powder is still located in select upper elevation, shaded, sheltered terrain. Comments
Relative to the northern Uinta's higher elevation zones, Mill Hollow is shallow, with just 40cm in sheltered areas. The snowpack is predictably weak throughout, and layers are becoming harder to differentiate relative to deeper snowpacks.
