We traveled around BMP today on the hunt for a stretch of the legs and some beta on the snowpack, coverage, and riding conditions heading into the weekend. A few late October / early November storms left snow depths ranging from 30-60 cm with varying levels of supportability under our feet where we traveled. We found a few soft turns with a supportable base on mellower slopes, with softer ground and grass underneath. Our crew exercised travel advice for normal caution today as we focused on our systems and practicing good habits while getting back in the swing of things!
