Comments
We observed this and a couple of other good-sized natural wet loose avalanches in the Wellsvilles from the Highway in Sardine Canyon early Tuesday afternoon.
Richie and I went into the big meadow below Mitton Peak on Wednesday and took these pictures of two wet avalanches. These long-running loose wet avalanches occurred on south and east-facing slopes and created large piles of cement-like debris.
