Several medium to large naturals in cherry canyon during this cycle many of which ran in the trees and in terrain that is not as clearly defined as the big north west side of cougar which definitely ran early in the storm fast and far, a thousand or more feet vertical snapping 30 year old trees and severely flagging others before plowing a small forest and coming to rest mostly before the deep gully at the end. It is suspect that this gully was triggered as well or the fast slide from cougar ran full path.

We skied and skinned a moderately steep slope that borders many of these slides and paths and observed some slides that I highlighted on the map. This is important information for those who have seen this area or ski there. Visibility was low all day.
