Comments
Observed these from a distance so details are guesses. NE slopes. One looking to be a couple hundred feet wide on one of the northerly sisters. This one was likely 2 feet deep judging by the crown seen from a couple miles away. Another slab that was smaller to the south on what was likely the 4th sister. Similar aspect, elevation & slope angle.
I didn't notice these yesterday and I feel like they were too big to miss, so they may have slid last night or this morning? Forecaster's notes; I saw evidence of this natural activity on Wednesday, but poor light did not allow for positive confirmation or good pictures. I'm thinking these slid on Tuesday, near the end of our productive storm.
Comments
Also saw another warm slide not the logan river near blind hollow that must have run overnight or this morning.
