Avalanche occurred overnight in the steep rocky and treed area on gunners left of main bowl in N-NE terrain. Debris ran past old debris pile, but only mid runout. Did not reach the drainage bottom or the hiking trail. Weak faceted snow in this area. Nearby wx station recorded .97"SWE in past 24hrs with winds only reaching 27mph gusts at 8200'.
