Comments
A group of us where skinning up the ridge line and found this small bowl that had been heavily wind loaded. We suspected it would be touchy, and while walking towards it we remote triggered it from about 30ft away and watched it pull out. it ran about 50ft.

We dug a crown profile. It was a hard slab that was 1F+. I did not break down into the old faceted snow but instead on the snow that was on the surface yesterday. The bed surface appeared to be an old windslab with similar hardness. I suspect that this did not break down to the old facets due to a deep, wind loaded snow pack with multiple hard slabs.
Avalanche danger was a bit higher than our group had predicted. We stayed in safe low angle terrain but noticed widespread cracking and collapsing. The stronger winds and continued snowfall increased sensitivity of windslads. We also noticed some natural slides, from a distance, in other bowls failing in the November facet layer.
