avalanche watch We have issued and AVALANCHE WATCH through the National Weather Service that includes the Manti Skyline. This means that we think there is a chance that the avalanche danger will increase to the point where we issue an AVALANCHE WARNING. However, at this point, the weekend storm does not look like it is going to impact our area like it was first advertised and an AVALANCHE WARNING is unlikely. |

weather We'll see moderate southwest wind along the ridge tops especially this morning where we might see some strong wind. High temperatures in the mountains will get into the upper 20s with mostly clear skies. We'll see increasing clouds mid day on Saturday ahead of the next storm which will move through Saturday night into Sunday. I am less excited about this storm than I was a couple days back but we should still see a shot of snow. By the looks of it right now, I'm thinking totals only in the 4 to 8 inch range. |
