Comments
West winds were moving snow all day on exposed ridgelines. In the burned areas, winds were able to reach to much lower elevations. There was lots of denser wind "affected" snow.
I'm sure at higher elevations on Nebo, Bald Mtn, and other peaks there are lots of sensitive drifts and slabs. There was widespread drifting along the Nebo loop road. We also triggered one micro wind slab (second photo below) which was an indication that more and bigger ones would be present at higher elevations.
